Why is a recent transaction not marked as an internal transfer?
The global detection job may not have run since your last import, or one side of the transfer may be missing. Detection needs records from all connections.
Open Subledger > Reconciliation > Data Sanity Check. Finish syncing all wallets and exchanges before running detection.
Run Identify internal transfer in Transactions where that action is available. You do not need to select a wallet. If it is not shown in your layout, ask support for the supported way to run the global job.
For the detection workflow and match review, see How to Run Global Internal Transfer Detection.
Why does my calculation show a red dot?
At least one check failed. Open the completed run in Subledger > Calculation, then click Checks before reviewing its results.
Compare Expected, Actual, and Difference. Follow How to Review Calculation Checks to inspect affected records and recheck a corrected run.
Why does Full Inventory show incorrect values for some connections?
Full Inventory includes connections outside the selected calculation. It uses their last calculated cost basis. A connection that was never calculated has no reliable calculated basis; changed records can also make an older basis unsuitable.
In Unrealized Gain/Loss, choose Full Portfolio Inventory > Connections to identify the affected wallets.
If needed, run a calculation that includes all required connections, review it, and generate Full Inventory from that run. An unchanged connection with no activity in the period can validly use its earlier correct basis.
Why is my unrealized gain or loss different from before?
UGL uses the selected valuation date and time. Different prices can change market value and unrealized gain or loss.
Check Price as of in Unrealized Gain/Loss. Change the date or time if needed, then click Refresh Prices.
Also compare the calculation ID and inventory scope. Refreshing prices does not add later transactions to an older calculation. See the UGL guide and the inventory-scope guide.
Why does an asset use a fixed starting price?
The asset may have no market price before a specified date. A historical starting price supplies a price for those earlier transactions.
Check Settings > Fair Market Value and confirm the affected transaction dates before requesting a change.
If the starting-price control is not shown in your account, follow How to Request a Historical Starting Price. A transaction-level unit-price edit has different effects; read its warnings first.
What are Special cleanups?
It is a pre-calculation step for rules configured for specific accounts. If no rule applies, the step finishes without changing anything. The example says not applicable.
A completed cleanup step does not mean every calculation check passed. Review Checks after the calculation, then trace any unexpected cost basis using the cost-basis review guide.
