If your account is synchronizing assets that may not have fair market values being found, you may need to change the FMV settings in your account.
Step 1
If you see both of these icons, you most likely have a missing market data issue. Click on the graph icon.
Step 2
The description will show a list of the assets missing market data and provide a linked shortcut to your portfolio FMV settings. Click on the linked "here" word.
Step 3
After clicking the shortcut, exit the popup and select the Hybrid FMV mode. If your portfolio is already on Hybrid FMV mode, please contact support to register your tokens in the system.
Step 4
Save the settings.
