Monitoring your total account transaction usage is essential for managing your subscription limits and understanding your organization's activity volume. Cryptoworth provides a dedicated dashboard to track these metrics.
Here is how to check your transaction usage within your Organization.
1. Access the Organization Settings
Navigate to the organization-level settings to view global data for your account.
Click on your Profile icon or name in the top-right corner of the sidebar.
Select Organization from the menu options.
2. Navigate to the Usage Tab
Once inside the Organization dashboard, you will see several tabs at the top (e.g., Members, Usage, Plan, Settings).
3. Review Your Transaction Volume
The Usage dashboard provides a high-level summary and detailed breakdowns of your account activity.
Total Transactions: Look for the Transactions card on the far left. This large number (e.g., "306,336") represents the total count of processed transaction lines across all entities in your organization.
Entity Breakdown: Scroll down to the table labeled Users / Entities.
Click on the Entities toggle to see a list of all your workspaces.
The Transactions column in this table shows exactly how many transactions each specific entity is contributing to your total usage, helping you identify which clients or portfolios are the most active.
4. Monitor Other Key Metrics
In addition to transactions, this page allows you to track other limits relevant to your plan:
Members: The total number of active user seats (Admins and Editors) currently occupied.
Entities: The number of distinct workspaces or client profiles you have created.
Wallets: The total number of connected wallets and exchange accounts across your organization.
