From the side panel, navigate to Accounts.
Click on the dropdown icon in the top-right corner, then select Bulk Import.
Click on the link to download the CSV template.
Open the CSV template with a spreadsheet software (i.e. Excel or Google Sheets) and prepare the list of wallets you wish to import See section below for more details).
In your CSV, fill in:
Address: Token contract addresses. This is the full, public wallet address you want to import. Example:0x71C7656EC7ab88b098defB751B7401B5f6d8976F for an Ethereum address.
Crypto ID: This is a unique numerical ID that Cryptoworth uses to identify a specific blockchain (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana).
Use the Asset Search Reference text field to search for a blockchain and get the Crypto ID. For example, searching for Solana provides its crypto ID, which is 2087. (You can use -1 for spam tokens.)Name: This is a custom, human-readable name for the wallet. This name will be displayed on your Accounts dashboard in Cryptoworth.
Create Address Book: This field determines whether the imported address should also be saved to your entity's central Address Book. Enter Yes or No.
Yes: The address will be added to the Address Book, making it easy to select when manually classifying transactions to or from this wallet.
No: The address will only be used to create the wallet connection and will not be added to the Address Book.
Sync Transactions: This field tells Cryptoworth whether to automatically start syncing the transaction history for the wallet immediately after a successful import.
Yes: Cryptoworth will create the connection and immediately begin fetching the on-chain transaction history.
No: The wallet connection will be created but will remain inactive. You will need to manually initiate the first sync from the Accounts page.
