Enabling the General Ledger (GL) in Cryptoworth is the crucial step to bridge the gap between your on-chain crypto activity and your traditional accounting system. The GL acts as the central book of accounts for all your digital asset transactions, allowing you to create journal entries, map accounts, and prepare data for financial statements like the Balance Sheet and Income Statement. Follow these simple steps to activate this powerful feature for your entity.

  • From the side panel, click on your entity's name, then select Entity Settings.

  • From the settings panel, select General Ledger.

Click on the Enable General Ledger button.

This will activate the GL module for your selected entity, unlocking the chart of accounts, journal entry capabilities, and reporting features necessary for comprehensive financial management.
