Introduction
The NFT Module in Cryptoworth is your central hub for viewing, managing, and resolving all Non-Fungible Token (NFT) activity for accurate financial reporting. It automatically detects NFT transactions from your connected wallets and organizes them into a clear, actionable workflow.
Accessing the NFT module in Cryptoworth:
The NFT Dashboard
The module is organized into three main tabs, which represent the lifecycle of your NFT data:
All NFTs: A master inventory of every NFT detected across your wallets.
Unresolved NFTs: Your action list, containing new transactions that need your review.
Resolved NFTs: A historical record of all transactions you have already reviewed and processed.
1. All NFTs (Your Master Inventory)
This is the main dashboard and your complete catalog of every NFT Cryptoworth has identified.
Key Columns:
Date: The date of the last known transaction for that NFT.
Preview: A thumbnail image of the NFT, if available.
Token: The name of the NFT project or collection.
Title: The specific name or ID of the NFT.
Floor Price / Value: Market data for the NFT, when available.
Filtering:
You can narrow down this list using the Filter button. This allows you to search by a date range or by specific Wallets.
2. Unresolved NFTs (Your To-Do List)
This is the most critical tab for your workflow. It contains all new incoming and outgoing NFT transactions that require your review before they can be officially recorded in your books.
Workflow:
The system displays incoming transactions like airdrops, mints, or purchases, and outgoing transactions like sales or transfers.
For simple transactions (e.g., an airdrop with a suggested cost of $0), an Auto-Resolve button may appear, allowing you to approve it with a single click.
For all other transactions, you must click the Review button.
The NFT Review Screen:
Clicking Review takes you to a detailed screen showing all transactions associated with that specific NFT. This is where you finalize the accounting details.
On this screen, you can:
Classify each transaction (e.g., Purchase, Sale, Mint Fee).
Enter the correct Cost basis for acquisitions.
Enter the Proceeds for sales.
Assign any associated fees.
3. Resolved NFTs (Your Completed History)
This tab provides a historical record of all NFT transactions that you have already reviewed and processed through the "Unresolved NFTs" workflow. It serves as your audit trail for completed NFT accounting entries.
Viewing Specific NFT Details
From any of the main tabs, you can click on an NFT's name or preview to open the NFT Info panel.
This view provides:
Detailed Metadata:
The NFT's title, token name, symbol, contract address, and a direct link to View in Marketplace.
NFT Transactions:
A complete, read-only history of every transaction (incoming, outgoing, fees, etc.) associated with that specific NFT, giving you a full lifecycle view.
