Note: External users who are invited must have their own active subscription to access Cryptoworth.

  1. Navigate to the entity you wish to add an external user to.

  2. From the left panel, click on your entity's name and select Entity Settings.

  3. Under User Management, click on Users.

  4. Click on the Invite External User button.

  5. Enter the email address of the user you wish to add, and select permissions from the dropdown.

    1. Read: The user will only be able to view the portfolio. They cannot make any changes.

    2. Read & Write: The user will be able to view and make changes to the portfolio.

  6. Click on Invite User to confirm your action.

    1. If the user does not have a Cryptoworth account, an invitation will be sent to the user's email address.

    2. If the user has a Cryptoworth account, they will see a "Pending invitation" notification on their Entities page.

Clicking the notification will then allow the user to Accept or Decline the invitation.

If accepted, the external entity will be listed in the user's entities list.
