Note: Hiding transactions will remove them from future calculations, reports and the transactions table (ledger).
Hiding transactions
Navigate to the Subledger page from the sidebar menu, then select Transactions.
Using the checkboxes, select one or more transactions you wish to hide.
Information: You could use the transaction filters to filter out the transactions you wish to hide.
Click on Bulk Action and select Hide.
Click the checkbox and click Hide Transactions when prompted to confirm your action.
Unhiding hidden transactions
While on the Transactions page, click on the All Filters button.
Where: Search for "Hidden" in the search field and select the Hidden option.
Select operator: Is
Select options: True
Click Apply.
Click Apply Filter again.
Your Hidden transactions will then be filtered and displayed in the ledger.
Using the checkboxes, select the transactions you wish to unhide.
Click on Bulk Action and select Unhide.
Click on Unhide Transactions again when prompted to confirm your action.
