How To Hide Transactions

This may be a desirable option for those who want to hide spam transactions.

Note: Hiding transactions will remove them from future calculations, reports and the transactions table (ledger).

Hiding transactions

  1. From the side panel, navigate to the Transactions page.

  2. Using the checkboxes, select one or more transactions you wish to hide.
    ​

    Information: You could use the transaction filters to filter out the transactions you wish to hide.


    ​

  3. Click on Bulk Action and select Hide Transactions.
    ​

  4. Click Hide Transactions again when prompted to confirm your action.
    ​

Unhiding hidden transactions

  1. While on the Transactions page, click on the Filter button.
    ​

  2. Search for "Hidden" in the search field and select the Hidden option.
    ​

  3. Click Apply Filter. Your Hidden transactions will then be filtered and displayed in the ledger.

  4. Using the checkboxes, select the transctions you wish to unhide.
    ​


    ​

  5. Click on Bulk Action and select Unhide Transactions.
    ​


    ​

  6. Click on Unhide Transactions again when prompted to confirm your action.
    ​
