Audit Logs provide a detailed breakdown of how individual transaction values were calculated during a portfolio or tax calculation. This feature is useful for verifying the accuracy of results, ensuring compliance, and supporting audit readiness.

  1. Navigate to the Transactions page from the side panel.

  2. Click on the gear icon next to the Calculate button.

  3. Enable the checkbox for "audit logs".

  4. Click on Calculate.

Once the calculation is complete, the logs will be accessible from the Transactions page.

A blue expandable marker to the left indicates transactions with audit logs.

Clicking this will reveal the audit log.

An audit log contains a full calculation trail for that specific transaction, including cost basis, method used, and relevant matching details.
