Unregistered transactions are transactions involving an unsupported asset type that was recently activated on the platform.
The "Unregistered Transactions" scan within the reconciliation page automatically locates all the unregistered transactions you can quickly resolve. In this tutorial, we will go over how to use this feature.
Step 1
Click on Subledger from the left panel, then select the Reconciliation tab.
Step 2
Click on the "Unregistered Transactions" tab and click Run Scan.
Step 3
Now that you are on the Resolve Unregistered Assets page, if you are confident all the shown assets are correct, you can click on the Register All button.
Otherwise, by clicking on the View button you can review the assets.
Step 4
You can use the copy Contract address column and view the assets on Cryptoworth after registering them.
After copying the exact address, go to the Transactions page, click on All Filters > Contract address > is exactly > [paste the address you copied].
